We’re a small, mission-driven team working at the front edge of an entirely new industry. Psychedelic-Assisted Care (PAC) is moving from theory to state-regulated practice in real time, and the systems, standards, and relationships that support it are still being built. We are not a large bureaucracy. Everyone on our team wears multiple hats, works directly with the facilitators, healing centers, and regulators who make up this emerging field, and sees the direct impact of their work in a growing, still-forming industry.

We look for people who are comfortable with ambiguity, care deeply about doing this work responsibly, and want to help build lasting infrastructure for an industry that is still finding its shape. Experience in Psychedelic-Assisted Care is a plus, not a requirement — what matters most is a genuine commitment to the mission.
