The Member agrees to comply with all rules and regulations as set forth by the relevant state authorities during the initial phase of membership. In Year 1 of member engagement, the National Psychedelics Association (the NPA) will develop a set of bylaws and a code of conduct that will be presented to the members for a vote. Only members who are current in their dues at the time of the vote will be eligible to participate in the voting process.
Upon the adoption of these bylaws and code of conduct, the Member acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the guidelines established therein. Furthermore, the Member agrees to continue to comply with any future modifications to the bylaws and code of conduct, as approved by a majority vote of the members and / or directors.
By signing this agreement, the Member commits to upholding the National Psychedelics Association’s (the NPA’s) evolving standards and guidelines as they are developed and approved. Non-compliance with these bylaws and / or code of conduct, once adopted, may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
